Molly Saunders, the driving force behind Sport Exchange, brings a blend of energy, expertise, and first-hand knowledge of playing rugby in different countries to her role. Working as a strength and conditioning coach and current player for Exeter Chiefs Women.
With a wealth of experience competing in internationally 7's tournaments across Dubai, Australia, France, and Germany, she has a deep understanding of the demands and challenges athletes face when transitioning to new teams and countries. This unique perspective allows Molly to guide and support aspiring rugby players through each stage of their journey, ensuring they find the right fit to achieve their goals with a unique and personal experience.
